Abstract:
(EN) A method for reactivating a ruthenium catalyst, comprising the steps of bringing a ruthenium catalyst whose activity has been reduced due to the use in the hydrogenation of unsaturated organic compounds into contact with oxygen in a liquid phase, and holding the catalyst under a lower partial pressure of hydrogen than that in the hydrogenation and at a temperature which is not lower than the hydrogenation temperature minus 50 °C.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant de réactiver un catalyseur à base de ruthénium. Ce procédé consiste à mettre un catalyseur à base de ruthénium, dont l'activité a été réduite par son utilisation lors de l'hydrogénation de composés organiques non saturés, en contact avec de l'oxygène dans une phase liquide. Le catalyseur est placé sous une pression partielle en hydrogène qui est inférieure à celle du processus d'hydrogénation, et ceci à une température qui ne soit pas inférieure à la température d'hydrogénation, à savoir -50° C.
