Abstract:
(EN) A standard ATM cell is efficiently transmitted through a wireless section by connecting an ATM terminal to a mobile radio terminal. A routing bit (8-3) which is contained in the header section (8-1) of a standard ATM cell (8) and to which VPI/VCI1 is set is converted into codes (14-1 to 14-n) which are channel identifiers for transmission through a wireless section (6) and to which CODEs #1-#n are set by means of a channel information mutually converting section (11) of a mobile communication terminal (3). The terminal (3) divides the data composed of a payload section (8-2) and the header section (8-4) excluding the routing bit (8-3) of the cell (8) in accordance with the lengths of radio frames (9-1 to 9-n). Order-number identifiers (13-1 to 13-n) are added to divided data to form radio frames (9-1 to 9-n), which are then sent on the wireless section (6).
(FR) Il est possible de transmettre efficacement une cellule MTA standard par une liaison sans fil en reliant le terminal MTA à un poste radio mobile. Un bit d'acheminement (8-3) inclus dans l'en-tête (8-1) de la cellule MTA standard (8) et auquel est appliqué un ensemble VPI/VCI1 est converti en codes (14-1 à 14-n) qui servent d'identificateurs de canaux en vue de la transmission sur une liaison sans fil (6), et auxquels les codes #1- #n sont appliqués par la section (11) de conversion mutuelle d'informations de canal du poste mobile (3). Le poste (3) scinde les données réparties entre une charge utile (8-2) et un en-tête (8-4) en excluant le bit d'acheminement (8-3) de la cellule en accord avec la longueur des trames radio (9-1 à 9-n). Des identificateurs de numéros d'ordre (13-1 à 13-n) sont ajoutés aux données scindées pour former des trames radio (91 à 9n) qui sont alors émises sur la liaison sans fils.
