Abstract:
(EN) A solenoid valve device, in which a valve actuating unit comprising valve constitutional parts installed in a valve housing having a guide cylinder is mounted on a base body, and the front end of the guide cylinder and the housing main body are magnetically coupled by means of a magnetic path forming frame encompassing the coil on a bobbin. A coil unit, in which the bobbin with coil is buried in a synthetic resin molded portion, is mounted on the base body. The magnetic path forming frame has at one end an engagement hole in which the front end of the guide cylinder is fitted and at the other end is in contact with the housing body. The magnetic path forming frame is mounted on the parts of the molded portion corresponding to the coil so that the guide cylinders are loosely inserted into the center hole of the bobbin. Thus a magnetic path is established reliably by the magnetic path forming frame, and the assembly of the coil, the bobbin and the magnetic path forming frame onto the valve actuating unit is facilitated.
(FR) Dispositif à électrovanne dans lequel une unité d'actionnement de vanne comprenant des parties constitutives de vanne placées dans un logement pourvu d'un cylindre de guidage est montée sur un corps de base, l'extrémité avant du cylindre de guidage et le corps principal du logement étant couplés magnétiquement au moyen d'une structure générant un chemin magnétique et renfermant un enroulement sur une bobine. Une unité d'enroulement, l'enroulement et la bobine étant inclus dans un moulage en résine synthétique, est montée sur le corps de base. La structure générant le chemin magnétique comporte à une extrémité avant du cylindre de guidage, et qui, à l'autre extrémité, est en contact avec le corps du logement. La structure générant le chemin magnétique est montée sur les parties du moulage correspondant à l'enroulement de sorte que les cylindres de guidage soient insérés librement dans le trou central de la bobine. Un chemin magnétique est ainsi établi de manière fiable par ladite structure, de même qu'est facilité l'assemblage de l'enroulement, de la bobine et de la structure générant le chemin magnétique sur l'unité d'actionnement de la vanne.
