Abstract:
(DE) Offenbart ist ein 2-Wege-Stromregelventil (1), über das ein konstanter Hydraulikfluidvolumenstrom durch Hintereinanderschalten einer Messblende (32) und einer Regelblende einstellbar ist. Bei umgekehrter Durchströmung des erfindungsgemässen Stromregelventils ist ein Rückschlagstellglied (44) des Stromregelventils (1) gegen die Vorspannung einer eigenen Rückschlagfeder (48) derart bewegbar, dass ein Bypass-Kanal zur Umgehung der Messblende (32) aufsteuerbar ist.
(EN) Disclosed is a two-way flow-control valve (1) by means of which the rate of flow of a hydraulic fluid can be kept constant by connecting together a restrictor orifice (32) and a control orifice. When fluid flows through the valve in the opposite direction, a non-return element (44) in the valve is moved against the bias of its own spring (48) in such a way that it opens a bypass channel which bypasses the restrictor orifice (32).
(FR) L'invention a pour objet une vanne de régulation de débit à deux voies (1), permettant de maintenir le débit d'un fluide hydraulique à une valeur constante, par montage en série d'un orifice de mesure (32) et d'un orifice de régulation. Lors d'une inversion du sens d'écoulement du fluide à travers la vanne selon l'invention, un élément de non-retour (44) de la vanne (1) se déplace à l'encontre de la sollicitation de son propre ressort (48), de manière à ouvrir un conduit de dérivation qui contourne l'orifice de mesure (32).
