Abstract:
(EN) An axis movement method and an axis movement apparatus, in which the time required for non-cutting movement is reduced. Sections 2 and 5 are curved paths each starting in the same direction of the immediatly preceding path and a tool is accelerated to a speed for a rapid motion in the next path. The section 2 is succeeded by another curved path in which the tool is decelerated to a speed adapted to the next path. A quick axis movement can be completed within a short time without intermittent motions or shocks to the machine.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de mouvement axial ainsi qu'un appareil à mouvement axial, dans lequel le temps nécessaire pour un mouvement non coupant est réduit. Les sections (2) et (5) consistent en des voies courbes partant dans la même direction que la voie immédiatement précédente, et dans lesquelles un outil est accéléré jusqu'à une vitesse lui permettant de se déplacer rapidement dans la voie suivante. La section (2) est suivie d'une autre voie courbe dans laquelle l'outil est freiné jusqu'à une vitesse qui convienne pour la voie suivante. Un mouvement axial rapide peut ainsi être effectué en un court laps de temps sans que la machine ne subisse de mouvements intermittents ni de chocs.
