Abstract:
(EN) A medical image reconstruction method comprises detecting (72) transverse and oblique rays using limited projection angles limited by either range of detector rotation or by a helical path. Data is then rebinned (74) to create partially complete sinograms with data from oblique rays added to the sinograms. A two-dimensional iterative reconstruction algorithm (76, 82) and axial filtering (78, 80) are used to reconstruct the image.
(FR) Un procédé de reconstruction d'images médicales consiste à détecter (72) des rayons transversaux et obliques en utilisant des angles de projection qui sont limités par la distance de rotation des détecteurs ou par un trajet hélicoïdal. Les données ainsi obtenues sont réorganisées (74) pour donner des sinogrammes partiels à l'aide de données provenant des rayons obliques, ajoutées aux sinogrammes. Un algorithme de reconstruction itérative bidimensionnelle (76, 82) et un filtrage axial (78, 80) permettent de reconstruire l'image.
