Abstract:
(EN) There is disclosed a microelectrical resistance tomography sensor comprising a substrate of electrically insulating material and having an aperture bounding a fluid flow path and sensor electrodes on the substrate disposed around the aperture so as to contact fluid in the flow path and connected to a cable connector on the substrate.
(FR) L'invention concerne un capteur pour tomographie par résistance microélectrique comportant un substrat en matériau électro-isolant et présentant une ouverture délimitant un trajet d'écoulement fluidique, ainsi que des électrodes disposées autour de cette ouverture de manière à être en contact avec le fluide dans le trajet d'écoulement, et reliées à un connecteur de câble sur le substrat.
