Abstract:
(EN) A particle measuring device (1) for a granule processing apparatus jets a high pressure gas into a granule takeout pipe (3), which is formed to project, from inside the granule vessel (2), to take in granules and to catch the same by means of an adhesive film (6) and photograph the caught granules to obtain information on the granules in the granule vessel (2) on the basis of the obtained image information. A gas introducing port (4) communicating with the granule takeout pipe (3) is provided near an end (3b) of the granule takeout pipe (3) on an outer side of the granule vessel (2). A gas having a higher pressure than that in the granule vessel (2) is introduced into the granule takeout pipe (3) through the gas introducing port (4). In the particle measuring device for a granule processing apparatus, reliable measurement of grain size or the like is performed without being influenced by the remaining granules and runoff of the granules.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif (1) de mesure de particules pour un appareil de traitement de granulés éjectant un gaz à haute pression dans un tube de prélèvement (3) servant à projeter des granulés contenus dans un réservoir (2) de granulés pour les recueillir et les retenir sur un film adhésif (6) où ils sont photographiés afin d'obtenir des informations sur les granulés contenues dans le réservoir (2), à partir des images ainsi obtenues. Un orifice (4) d'introduction du gaz communiquant avec le tube de prélèvement (3) est pratiqué à proximité de l'extrémité (3b) dudit tube de prélèvement (3) sur une paroi extérieure du réservoir (2). Un gaz sous une pression supérieure à celle du réservoir (2) de granulés est introduit par le susdit orifice (4) dans le tube de prélèvement (3). Ledit dispositif de mesure de particules permet une mesure fiable de la taille de grains ou analogues non influencée par les granulés restants et leur écoulement.
