Abstract:
(EN) A device serves to enable detection of leakages in flange joints in pipelines. Between end faces (22, 24) adjacent, opposing flange pipe ends, a packer (30') has been disposed, the packer being adapted to bear sealingly against seat faces which said end faces (22, 24) exhibit. At each of the opposite side faces of the packer (30'), an annular groove (26', 28') has been formed, said annular grooves being closed and thereafter forming annular cavities when the joint has been established. Between at least one cavity (28') and the surroundings outside the pipeline (14, 16), a fluid connection (38') is established. The packer (30') is formed with a through-going hole (32') establishing fluid-communication between the two annular cavities (26', 28').
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à la détection de fuites dans des brides de raccordement de conduites. Entre les faces adjacentes (22, 24) de brides d'extrémité de conduites, une garniture d'étanchéité (30') prévue pour s'appuyer contre des surfaces d'appui sur lesdites faces adjacentes (22, 24). Sur chaque face opposée de la garniture (30'), il y a une rainure annulaire (26', 28'). Ces rainures annulaires sont fermées pour constituer des cavités annulaires quand le raccordement est fait. Entre au moins une cavité (28') et l'environnement externe à la conduite (14, 16), se trouve un conduit (38') permettant le passage d'un fluide. La garniture (30') est pourvue d'un trou traversant (32') assurant la communication fluidique entre les deux cavités annulaires (26', 28').
