Abstract:
(EN) A process for producing optically active (R)-amino compounds which comprises treating an aralkyl alkyl ketone compound (the amino receptor) coexisting with a racemic or (R)-amino compound (the amino donor) with an (R)-specific transaminase produced by a microorganism belonging to the genus $i(Arthrobacter) and thus effecting stereoselective transamination. This process makes it possible to facilitate the production in a high yield of optically active (R)-amino compounds, etc., having aryl, etc. at the 1-position which have been difficult to synthesize by the conventional techniques.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de composés (R)-aminés actifs sur le plan optique. Ce procédé comprend le traitement d'un composé d'aralkylalkylcétone (l'aminorécepteur) coexistant avec un composé racémique ou (R)-aminé (l'aminodonneur) avec une transaminase (R)-spécifique, produite par un microorganisme appartenant au genre $i(Arthrobacter) et effectuant ainsi une transamination stéréosélective. Ce procédé permet de faciliter la production à haut rendement de composés (R)-aminés, etc., actifs sur le plan optique, ayant aryle, etc., à la position 1 et qu'il était difficile de synthétiser avec les techniques classiques.
