Abstract:
(DE) Ein Hauptbremszylinder (10) für eine hydraulische Fahrzeugbremsanlage hat ein Hauptzylindergehäuse (32) und mindestens eine darin ausgebildete Druckkammer (40). Mit der Druckkammer (40) ist ein Vorratsbehälter für Hydraulikfluid verbunden, der darüber hinaus zur Verbindung mit einer Vorladepumpe eines Bremsdruckregelsystems vorgesehen ist. Der Hauptbremszylinder (10) weist ferner einen Rücklaufanschluß (30) für Hydraulikfluid auf, der eine Flüssigkeitsverbindung zwischen der Druckseite der Vorladepumpe, dem Vorratsbehälter und der zumindest einen Druckkammer (40) herstellt. In dieser Flüssigkeitsverbindung ist eine Drossel (60) angeordnet, die einen Hydraulikfluidstrom aus dem Vorratsbehälter in die mindestens eine Druckkammer (40) nicht behindert und einen Hydraulikfluidstrom von dem Rücklaufanschluß (30) in den Vorratsbehälter bedrosselt. Die Drossel (60) ermöglicht es, die Vorladepumpe ohne Zwischenschaltung eines Elektromagnetventils auf die zumindest eine Druckkammer (40) wirken zu lassen.
(EN) The invention concerns a master cylinder (10) for a hydraulic vehicle braking system, the master cylinder (10) comprising a housing (32) and at least one pressure chamber (40) formed therein. Connected to the pressure chamber (40) is a hydraulic fluid supply container which is further provided for connection to a precharging pump of a brake pressure regulating system. The master cylinder (10) further comprises a hydraulic fluid return connection (30) which produces a fluid connection between the delivery side of the precharging pump, the supply container and the at least one pressure chamber (40). Disposed in this fluid connection is a throttle (60) which does not impede the flow of hydraulic fluid out of the supply container into the at least one pressure chamber (40) and throttles a flow of hydraulic fluid from the return connection (30) into the supply container. The throttle (60) enables the precharging pump to act on the at least one pressure chamber (40) without the interposition of an electromagnetic valve.
(FR) L'invention concerne un maître-cylindre de frein (10) pour le système de freinage hydraulique d'un véhicule, qui comprend un boîtier (32) et au moins une chambre de pression (40) formée dans celui-ci. Un réservoir de fluide hydraulique relié à la chambre de pression sert également à assurer la liaison avec la pompe d'amorçage d'un système de régulation de la pression de freinage. Le maître-cylindre de frein (10) comporte en outre un raccord de retour (30) pour le fluide hydraulique, qui établit une connexion hydraulique entre la face de pression de la pompe d'amorçage, le réservoir et au moins une chambre de pression (40). Dans cette connexion hydraulique, il est prévu un étranglement (60) qui n'empêche pas un flux de fluide hydraulique provenant du réservoir de s'écouler dans la ou les chambre(s) de pression (40) et réduit un flux de fluide hydraulique provenant du raccord de retour (30) et entrant dans le réservoir. L'étranglement (60) permet à la pompe d'amorçage d'agir sur au moins une chambre de pression (40) sans montage intercalaire d'une électrovanne.
