Abstract:
(EN) A high fluorescence specific immune enhancing factor and methods of its use are described. The factor comprises a malondialdehyde-acetaldehyde adduct which can be detected in the picomolar range. The specific immunoenhancing factor allowing for a shorter time course for the production of antibody and of higher titer antibodies without the need for adjuvant. The factor may further be used as a general fluorescent label for immunological techniques and can be used to visualize protein interactions and to monitor protein purification procedures.
(FR) L'invention concerne un facteur de renforcement de l'immunité spécifique, à haute fluorescence, ainsi que ses procédés d'utilisation. Ledit facteur comprend un produit d'addition au malondialdéhyde-acétaldéhyde pouvant être détecté à des niveaux picomolaires. Ce facteur de renforcement de l'immunité spécifique permet de produire plus rapidement des anticorps plus concentrés, sans nécessité de recourir à un adjuvant. On peut aussi l'utiliser de façon générale en guise de marqueur fluorescent servant pour des techniques immunologiques, et pour visualiser des interactions protéiniques et surveiller des procédures de purification de protéines.
