(EN)Disclosed is a method for preparing a photosensitive peptide which is capable of being activated or deactivated in a biological system, including the steps of: (a) providing an amino acid including a photolabile molecule; and (b) incorporating the amino acid into a peptide during synthesis, wherein incorporation of the amino acid into the peptide produces a photosensitive peptide. Also disclosed is a method of introducing a photosensitive cleavage site into a synthetic peptide, including synthesizing a synthetic peptide having at least one photolabile amino acid, wherein the photolabile amino acid is positioned within the synthetic peptide so that upon irradiation the synthetic peptide is cleaved.
(FR)Procédé de préparation d'un peptide photosensible capable d'être activé ou désactivé dans un système biologique, qui consiste (a) à prévoir un acide aminé comportant une molécule photolabile et (b) à incorporer l'acide aminé dans un peptide pendant la synthèse, l'incorporation dudit acide aminé dans le peptide produisant un peptide photosensible. La présente invention concerne également un procédé permettant d'introduire un site de clivage photosensible dans un peptide synthétique, qui consiste à synthétiser un peptide synthétique doté d'au moins un acide aminé photolabile, ledit acide aminé photolabile étant placé au sein du peptide synthétique de manière à ce que ce dernier soit clivé à la suite d'une exposition à des rayonnements.
