Die Erfindung betrifft ein optisches Erfassungssystem (6) in einer Waschanlage für Fahrzeuge sowie ein Betriebsverfahren. Das Durchdringungsvermögen des optischen Erfassungssystems (6) wird in Abhängigkeit vom Behandlungsprozeß auf unterschiedliche Werte umgeschaltet. Beim Waschprozeß wird es erhöht und beim Trockenprozeß verringert. Die Umschaltung kann durch Veränderung der Sendeleistung und/oder der Empfängerempfindlichkeit erfolgen. Das vorzugsweise als Lichtschranke ausgebildete optische Erfassungssystem (6) hat dazu eine Auswerteschaltung (10) mit einem integrierten Verstärker (11) und ist mit der Maschinensteuerung (5) verbunden.

The invention relates to an optical detection system (6) in a car-wash and an operating method. The penetration capacity of the optical detection system (6) is set to various values depending on the operating cycle. In the washing cycle it is increased and in the drying process reduced. The switchover may be effected by altering the transmission power and/or the receiver sensitivity. To this end, the optical detection system (6), preferably consisting of a light barrier, has an evaluation circuit (10), with an integrated amplifier (11) and is connected to the machine control (5).

L'invention concerne un système (6) de détection optique monté dans une station de lavage de véhicules ainsi qu'un procédé de fonctionnement correspondant. La capacité de pénétration du système (6) de détection optique est commutée sur différentes valeurs en fonction du cycle de traitement. Lors du cycle de lavage, ladite capacité est augmentée et lors du cycle de séchage, elle est réduite. La commutation peut s'effectuer par modification de la puissance d'émission et/ou de la sensibilité de réception. Le système (6) de détection conçu de préférence sous forme de barrière lumineuse possède en plus un circuit (10) d'évaluation et un amplificateur (11) intégré et est relié à la commande (5) de la machine.
