(EN) An intraocular lens (30) for implanting within a natural capsular bag of a human eye has structural means or features (32) on its distal portions enlarged and sized to prevent movement or sliding thereof relative to fibrosis pockets defined about proximally adjacent haptic portions (34) to retain the haptic against movement and dislocation.
(FR) Une lentille intraoculaire (30) destinée à être implantée dans un sac capsulaire naturel d'un oeil humain possède, sur ses parties distales, des dispositifs ou éléments structuraux (32) qui sont agrandis et dimensionnés de manière à ce qu'ils ne puissent bouger ou glisser par rapport aux poches fibreuses définies autour des parties haptiques (34) proximalement adjacentes afin d'empêcher l'haptique de bouger et de se déplacer.
