Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer eine mit einem Isolationsmaterial umhüllten Wickeldraht gewickelten Luftspule (2) mit einem im Vergleich zur Stärke der Luftspule (2) relativ großflächigen Kernmaß aufweisenden Einrichtung vermittels einem Wickelwerkzeug (3) mit einem Wickelkern (4) zur Ablage und Abstützung der Luftspule (2) und einem Wickelorgan (5) zur Abgabe bzw. Zufuhr des Wickeldrahtes auf den Wickelkern (4), wobei Wickelkern (4) und Wickelorgan (5) relativ zueinander drehbeweglich gelagert sind. Das Verfahren zeichnet sich durch folgende Schritte aus: Wickeln der Luftspule (2) auf den Wickelkern (4) des Wickelwerkzeuges (3), nach Vervollständigung des Wickelschrittes direktes und formgetreues Übertragen und Positionieren der gewickelten Luftspule (2) an einen vermittels einem Trägerhalter (13) abgestützten Träger (12), Fixierung der gewickelten Luftspule (2) an dem Träger (12) und Einbau der an dem Träger (12) fixierten Luftspule (2) in die herzustellende Einrichtung.

The invention concerns a method of producing an arrangement comprising an air-core coil (2) which is wound with winding wire covered with an insulating material and has a core which covers a relatively large area in comparison with the thickness of the air-core coil (2). The method is carried out using a winding tool (3) with a winding core (4) for depositing and supporting the air-core coil (2) and with a winding member (5) for dispensing or feeding the winding wire onto the winding core (4). The winding core (4) and winding member (5) are mounted such that they can rotate relative to each other. The method is characterized by the following steps: winding the air-core coil (2) onto the winding core (4) of the winding tool (3); at the end of the winding step, direct and exact transfer and positioning of the wound air-core coil (2) on a carrier (12) supported by a carrier holder (13); securing the wound air-core coil (2) on the carrier (12); and installing the air-core coil (2) secured on the carrier (12) in the arrangement to be produced.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de réaliser un système comprenant une bobine sans fer (2) enroulée avec un fil de bobinage entouré d'un matériau isolant et dont le noyau présente une surface relativement importante par rapport à l'épaisseur de la bobine sans fer (2). Selon l'invention, ce système est obtenu à l'aide d'un outil d'enroulement (3) comportant un axe d'enroulement (4) pour déposer et soutenir la bobine sans fer (2), ainsi qu'un élément d'enroulement (5) pour délivrer ou acheminer le fil de bobinage sur l'axe d'enroulement (4). L'élément d'enroulement (5) et l'axe d'enroulement (4) sont montés de manière à tourner l'un par rapport à l'autre. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: enroulement de la bobine sans fer (2) sur l'axe d'enroulement (4) de l'outil d'enroulement (3), puis transfert direct et positionnement exact de la bobine sans fer (2) enroulée sur un support (12) soutenu par un porte-support (13), fixation de la bobine sans fer (2) enroulée, sur le support (12), et montage de la bobine sans fer (2) fixée sur le support (12) dans le système à réaliser.
