(EN)A process for the preparation of optically active (R) or (S)-1-aminophosphonic acid derivatives of general formula (Ia) or (Ib), which comprises reacting an N-blocked imine of the general formula (II): R?1¿-N=CHR?2¿ (wherein R?1¿ is diphenylmethyl or the like; and R?2¿ is alkyl or the like) with a phosphonic ester in the presence of an asymmetric catalyst comprising a rare earth element-alkali metal-binaphthol complex to form an (R) or (S)-N-blocked-1-aminophosphonate compound and subjecting this compound to deblocking through hydrogenation and acidic hydrolysis; novel intermediates therefor; and a process for the preparation of an asymmetric catalyst comprising a rare earth element-alkali metal-binaphthol complex.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de dérivés d'acide (R) ou (S)-1-aminophosphonique optiquement actif de la formule générale (Ia) ou (Ib), consistant à faire réagir une imine N-bloquée de la formule générale (II): R?1¿-N=CHR?2¿ (dans laquelle R?1¿ représente diphénylméthyle ou analogue; et R?2¿ représente alkyle ou analogue) avec un ester phosphonique, en présence d'un catalyseur asymétrique comprenant un complexe métal de terres rares-métal alcalin-binaphtole, afin de former un composé de (R) ou (S)-1-aminophosphonate-N-bloqué, et à soumettre ce composé à un déblocage par hydrogénation et hydrolyse acide; leurs nouveaux intermédiaires et un procédé de préparation d'un catalyseur asymétrique comprenant un complexe métal de terres rares-métal alcalin-binaphtole.
