(EN)A nucleic acid molecule that encodes, and in a suitable host, is capable of expressing a polypeptide that has the ability of a mammalian type I receptor of the TGF-$g(b) superfamily to transduce a signal leading to matrix protein production, but with substantially reduced ability to mediate a growth inhibitory signal. This can be used for identification of substances having anti-proliferative activity.
(FR)Molécule d'acide nucléique qui code et qui exprime dans un hôte approprié, un polypeptide doté de l'aptitude d'un récepteur de type I de la superfamille TGF-$g(b) de mammifère à transduire un signal qui entraîne la production de protéines de porines, mais dont l'aptitude à transmettre un signal d'inhibition de croissance est nettement réduite. Cette molécule peut servir à identifier des substances à activité anti-prolifératrice.
