(EN)A system for delivering a chemical agent in the form of a foam, which in its preferred embodiment involves the use of an aerosol dispenser to deliver a formulation containing both an anionic surface active agent such as sodium lauryl sulfate as a delivery agent and a chemical agent such as either hydrogen peroxide as a disinfecting chemical agent or natural sea water.
