Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns hydrolyzable and addition-polymerizable silanes, a process for their preparation and their use for producing silicic acid (hetero)polycondensates or addition polymers. The silanes according to the invention have the general formula: [(HS-R5)nR6-S-E-R5]aSiXxR34-a-x, in which the groups and indices are identical or different and have the following meanings: E = -CO-NH-, -CS-NH-, -CH2CH2- or -CH2-CH(OH)-; R3 = alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, alkylaryl or arylalkyl in each case with 1 to 15 carbon atoms, wherein these groups can be interrupted by oxygen or sulphur atoms, ester, carbonyl, amide or amino groups; R5 = alkylene, arylene, arylene alkylene or alkylene arylene in each case with 1 to 15 carbon atoms, wherein these groups can be interrupted by oxygen or sulphur atoms, ester, carbonyl, amide or amino groups; R6 = alkylene, arylene, arylene alkylene or alkylene arylene in each case with 1 to 15 carbon atoms, wherein these groups can be interrupted by oxygen or sulphur atoms, ester, carbonyl, amide or amino groups; X = hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, acyloxy, alkylcarbonyl, alkoxycarbonyl or NR'2, in which R' = hydrogen, alkyl or aryl; a = 1, 2 or 3; n = 2, 3, 4 or 5; and x = 1, 2 or 3.
(FR) L'invention concerne des silanes pouvant subir une hydrolyse et une polyaddition, leur procédé de production et leur utilisation dans la production d'(hétéro)polycondensats d'acide silicique et de produits de polyadditions. Les silanes de l'invention correspondent à la formule générale [(HS-R5)nR6-S-E-R5]aSiXxR34-a-x, où les groupes et les indices sont identiques ou différents et ont la signification suivante: E représente -CO-NH-, -CS-NH-, -CH2-CH2- ou -CH2-CH(OH)-; R3 représente alkyle, alcényle, aryle, alkylaryle ou arylalkyle avec chacun 1 à 15 atomes de carbone, ces groupes pouvant être interrompus par des atomes d'oxygène ou de soufre, par des groupes ester, carbonyle, amide ou amino; R5 représente alkylène, arylène, arylénalkylène ou alkylènarylène avec respectivement 1 à 15 atomes de carbone. (DE) Die Erfindung betrifft hydrolysierbare und polyaddierbare Silane, ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung und deren Verwendung zur Herstellung von Kieselsäure(hetero)polykondensaten und von Polyaddukten.
