The use of a phycobiliprotein-binding peptide complex as a fluorescent tracer in a method using fluorescence to sense and/or determine an analyte in a medium thought to contain said analyte, is disclosed. Fluorescent conjugates consisting of said complex covalently bonded to one of the elements in a ligand/receptor specific binding pair, are also disclosed.

L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un complexe phycobiliprotéine-peptide de liaison en tant que traceur fluorescent dans un procédé de détection et/ou de détermination par fluorescence d'un analyte dans un milieu susceptible de le contenir, ainsi que les conjugués fluorescents constitués dudit complexe lié de manière covalente à l'un des éléments d'un couple de liaison spécifique ligand/récepteur.
