Abstract

In a plate heat exchanger, having double-walled plate formed heat transfer elements (1, 2), adjacent such heat transfer elements are permanently brazed together by means of three different and spaced brazing joints. A first brazing joint surrounds an area, which covers the heat transfer portions (3, 4) of the heat transfer elements and first inlet openings and outlet openings (8, 9) communicating with a flow passage (6) that is formed between said heat transfer portions. A second joint and a third joint surround respective inlet openings and outlet openings (10, 11), which are closed from communication with said flow passage (6). Leakage areas (16-19; 39), which communicate with the surrounding of the plate heat exchanger, are formed between said first joint and each one of said other joints.

La présente invention concerne un échangeur thermique à éléments plats. En l'occurrence, les éléments (1, 2) de transfert thermique à double paroi sont brasés ensemble de façon permanente par trois joints de brasure distincts, ne se touchant pas. Un premier joint de brasure entoure non seulement une superficie correspondant aux zones de transfert thermique (3, 4) des éléments de transfert thermique mais aussi les premiers orifices d'entrée et orifices de sortie (8, 9) communiquant avec un passage d'écoulement (6) qui est constitué entre les zones de transfert thermique. Un deuxième joint et un troisième joint entourent respectivement les orifices d'entrée et les orifices de sortie (10, 11) qui ne peuvent ainsi plus communiquer avec le passage d'écoulement (6). Entre le premier joint et chacun des autres joints, des zones de fuite (16-19; 39) sont ménagées de façon à assurer la communication avec le pourtour de l'élément plat d'échangeur thermique.
