A method and apparatus are disclosed for predicting the presence of at least one congenital or acquired imbalance or therapeutic condition associated with thrombosis/hemostasis from at least one time-dependent measurement profile, (Figs. 3-6). At least one time-dependent measurement on an unknown sample is performed and a respective property of said sample is measured over time so as to derive a time-dependent measurement profile, (Figs. 3-6). A set of a plurality of predictor variables are defined which sufficiently define the data of the time-dependent measurement profile, (Fig. 13). A model is then derived that represents the relationship between the congenital or acquired imbalance or therapeutic condition, and the set of predictor variables. Subsequently, the model is utilized to predict the existence of the congenital or acquired imbalance or therapeutic condition in the unknown sample.

L'invention concerne une méthode et un appareil qui permettent deprévoir la présence d'au moins un déséquilibre congénital ou acquis ou une condition thérapeutique, associés à la thrombose/hémostase à partir d'au moins une projection de mesure en fonction du temps (Fig. 3-6). On obtient au moins une mesure en fonction du temps d'un échantillon inconnu et on mesure la propriété respective dudit échantillon sur un certain laps de temps pour en déduire une projection de mesure en fonction du temps (Fig. 3-6). Un ensemble de plusieurs variables de prévision est défini. Celles-ci définissent de manière suffisante les données de la projection des mesures en fonction du temps (Fig. 13). On déduit alors un modèle qui représente la relation entre le déséquilibre congénital ou acquis ou la condition thérapeutique, et l'ensemble des variables deprévision. Ensuite, le modèle est utilisé pour prévoir l'existence, dans l'échantillon inconnu, du déséquilibre congénital ou acquis ou de la condition thérapeutique.
