Abstract

The present invention relates to molecules of formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein X is selected from the group consisting of O, CH2, NH, C=C, and CH2CN, R2 is an aryl or heteroaryl 5 or 6 membered ring optionally substituted with substituents listed for R2-3, R2, R3 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydroxy, halo, alkoxy; trihalomethyl, nitro, carboxy, amide, sulfonyl, and sulfonamide, capable of modulating tyrosine signal transduction to prevent and treat cell proliferative disorders or cell differentiation disorders associated with particular tyrosine kinases by inhibiting one or more abnormal tyrosine kinase activities.

Molécules répondant à la formule (I), et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, dans laquelle X est choisi dans le groupe constitué de O, CH2, NH, C=C et CH2CN, R2 représente un cycle aryle ou hétéroaryle à 5 ou 6 éléments éventuellement substitué par les substituants cités pour R2-3, R2 et R3, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, sont choisis dans le groupe constitué d'hydroxy, halo, alcoxy, trihalométhyle, nitro, carboxy, amide, sulfonyle et sulfonamide. Lesdites molécules sont aptes à moduler la transduction de signaux en vue de la prévention et du traitement des troubles dus à la prolifération cellulaire ou à la différenciation cellulaire et associés à certaines tyrosine-kinases, et ce par inhibition d'une ou plusieurs activités anormales des tyrosine-kinases.
