The present invention relates to new compounds having formula (I) wherein X is halogen atom, R1 and R2, similar or different, are each -H or -A-B-R3, A is a linear or branched C1-C12 alkylen chain, B is a single bond, or a divalent phenylen or indolyl group having the structure (a), R3 is -H, -OH, -NR4R5 or -COR6, R6 is -OH, -OCH3, -OC2H5, or -NR4R5, R4 and R5, similar or different are each H, C1-C4 alkyl group, -(CH2)n-OH, -(CH2)n-N(CH3)2 or -CO-CH3, n is an integer which is equal to 2, 3 or 4; and addition salts thereof. It also relates to the preparation and therapeutical utilization of said compounds, particularly for the treatment of pathologies involving bradykinine.

La présente invention concerne des composés nouveaux de formule (I) dans laquelle: X représente un atome d'halogène, R1 et R2, identiques ou différents, représentent chacun -H ou -A-B-R3, A représente une chaîne alkylène en C1-C12, linéaire ou ramifiée, B représente une liaison simple, ou un groupe divalent phénylène ou indolyle de structure (a), R3 représente -H, -OH, -NR4R5 ou -COR6, R6 représente -OH, -OCH3, -OC2H5, ou -NR4R5, R4 et R5, identiques ou différents représentent chacun H, un groupe alkyle en C1-C4, -(CH2)n-OH, -(CH2)n-N(CH3)2 ou -CO-CH3, n représente un nombre entier valant 2, 3 ou 4; et, leurs sels d'addition. Elle concerne également leur préparation et leur utilisation en thérapeutique, notamment pour le traitement des pathologies mettant en cause la bradykinine.
