Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zur Trennung von Fluiden umfasst ein Druckrohr (1) zur Aufnahme von mindestens zwei Wickelmodulen (5), wobei die mindestens zwei Wickelmodule (5) in Strömungsrichtung hintereinander anzuordnen sind und wobei das Druckrohr (1) einen Feedeingang (2), mindestens einen Permeatausgang (3) und einen Retentatausgang (4) aufweist. Die Vorrichtung umfasst ferner eine Heizvorrichtung (7), die mindestens einen Bereich zwischen den hintereinander angeordneten Wickelmodulen (5) beheizt, so daß das Retentat, das ein vorhergehendes Wickelmodul (5) verlässt, erwärmt wird, bevor es als Feedlösung in das nächste Modul (5) strömt. Die zu erwärmende Feedlösung verbleibt beim Übergang innerhalb des Druckrohres und weist zur Erhöhung des Wärmeüberganges eine turbulente Strömung auf.

A device for separating fluids comprises a pressure pipe (1) to accept at least two winding modules (5), in which said winding modules (5) are arranged one behind the other in the direction of flow and in which the pressure pipe (1) has a feed inlet, at least one permeate outlet (3) and a retentate outlet (4). The device also comprises a heater (7) heating at least one region between the winding modules (5) arranged one behind the other so that the retentate leaving an upstream winding module (5) is heated before it flows as the feed solution into the next module (5). During transfer the feed solution to be heated remains inside the pressure pipe and has a turbulent flow to increase heat transfer.

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de séparer des fluides qui comprend un tuyau de pression (1) destiné à recevoir au moins deux modules à enroulement (5), montés l'un à la suite de l'autre dans le sens d'écoulement. Le tuyau de pression (1) comporte une entrée d'alimentation (2), au moins une sortie de perméat (3) et une sortie de rétentat (4). Ce dispositif comprend en outre un dispositif de chauffage (7), qui chauffe au moins une zone située entre les modules à enroulement (5) montés l'un à la suite de l'autre, de manière que le rétentat qui quitte un module (5) antérieur soit chauffé avant de s'écouler sous forme de solution d'alimentation dans le module (5) suivant. Lors du passage, cette solution d'alimentation à chauffer demeure à l'intérieur du tuyau de pression et son écoulement s'effectue sous forme turbulente, ce qui permet d'intensifier le transfert de chaleur.
