In einer Pelletieranlage wird zunächst eine erste Schicht (8) von Grünpellets (1) auf einem Wanderrost (4) aufgebracht und in einer Einrichtung (11) vorgetrocknet, bevor eine zweite Schicht (10) von Grünpellets (1) auf die erste Schicht (8) aufgebracht wird und beide Schichten (8, 10) gemeinsam in einer weiteren Trocknungseinrichtung (13) getrocknet werden. In beiden Trocknungseinrichtungen (11, 13) durchströmt ein gasförmiger Wärmeträger (14) die Schicht (8) bzw. die Schichten (8, 10) von oben nach unten.

In a pelletising plant a first layer (8) of green pellets (1) is initially placed on a chain grate (4) and predried in an installation (11) before a second layer (10) of green pellets (1) is spread on the first layer (8) and both layers (8, 10) are dried in a second drying installation (13). A gaseous heat vehicle (14) flows through layer (8) or layers (8, 10) from top to bottom in both drying installations (11, 13).

Dans une installation de boulettage, une première couche (8) de boulettes crues est placée initialement sur une grille mobile (4) et préséchée dans un dispositif (11) avant qu'une deuxième couche (10) de boulettes crues (1) soit appliquée sur la première couche (8), et les deux couches (8, 10) sont séchées dans un deuxième dispositif de séchage (13). Dans ces deux derniers (11, 13), un caloporteur gazeux (14) passe à travers la couche (8) ou les couches (8, 10) de haut en bas.
