Abstract

Peptides represented by general formula (I), wherein R1 and R2 represent each independently SO3H or H; X represents an $g(a)-amino acid residue or a single bond; Z1 and Z2 represent each independently an $g(a)-amino acid residue; and Y represents OH or NH2. Although these factors promote the cell growth in all higher plants, they are particularly effective in the promotion of the cell growth in monocotyledons such as asparagus, rice plant, corn, etc.

On décrit des peptides de formule générale (I), où R1 et R2 représentent chacun indépendamment SO3H ou H; X représente un résidu, à savoir un acide aminé $g(a), ou une liaison simple; Z1 et Z2 représentent chacun indépendamment un résidu, à savoir un acide aminé $g(a); et Y représente OH ou NH2. Même si ces facteurs promeuvent la croissance cellulaire chez toutes les plantes supérieures, ils se révèlent particulièrement efficaces pour promouvoir celle des monocotylédones telles que l'asperge, le riz, le blé, etc.
