A pinch clip occluder for infusion sets is disclosed including a housing and a clamp movably disposed within the housing to selectively occlude an infusion set. In one embodiment the clamp has at least one arm (16) which moves between first and second positions to pinch closed a silicone tube (86) of the infusion set unless the pinch clip occluder is held in an open position by the user, or placed in a receptable which will hold the pinch clip occluder in an open position. In another embodiment a plunger (230) is disposed so as to intersect a passage passing through the housing. As the plunger is selectively moved between first and second positions, the flow through a tube in the passage is selectively controlled. Such an arrangement prevents a free-flow condition from occurring through the infusion set.

L'invention concerne un occluseur à pince pour dispositifs de perfusion, comportant un boîtier dans lequel une pince de serrage est montée amovible pour occlure sélectivement un dispositif de perfusion. Dans un mode de réalisation, la pince de serrage présente au moins un bras (16) mobile entre une première et une seconde position pour pincer et fermer un tube (86) en silicone du dispositif de perfusion, à moins qu'il ne soit maintenu en position ouverte par l'utilisateur ou placé dans un réceptacle qui le maintient en position ouverte. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un plongeur (230) est placé de manière à couper un passage traversant le boîtier. On module l'écoulement dans un tube situé dans le passage en déplaçant le plongeur sélectivement entre une première et une seconde position. Ce système permet d'empêcher l'écoulement libre dans le dispositif de perfusion.
