Verfahren zur Herstellung von Mischungen aus Alkalimetallsalzen von Polyasparaginsäuren und Alkalimetallsalzen von acylierten Polyasparaginsäuren durch a) hydrolytische Spaltung von Peptidbindungen von Polyaspartimiden und/oder Polyasparaginsäuren mit wäßrigen Alkalimetallbasen, wobei man pro Mol Aspartimid- und/oder Asparaginsäureeinheiten einen molaren Überschuß mindestens einer Alkalimetallbase einsetzt und b) Umsetzen der Hydrolyseprodukte mit Carbonsäurechloriden, Diketenen, Carbonsäureestern oder Carbonsäureanhydriden oder Polymeren, die Anhydrid- und/oder Estergruppen einpolymerisiert enthalten, in wäßriger Lösung bei pH-Werten von 6 oberhalb und Verwendung der so erhältlichen Mischungen als Zusatz zu phosphatfreien und phosphatreduzierten Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln.

The invention concerns a method of preparing mixtures of alkali-metal salts of polyaspartic acids and alkali-metal salts of acylated polyaspartic acids by a) hydrolytically cleaving peptide bonds of polyaspartimides and/or polyaspartic acids with aqueous alkali-metal bases, a molar excess of at least one alkali-metal base being used per mole of aspartimide and/or aspartic acid units and b) reacting, in aqueous solution at pH values of 6 and over, the hydrolysis products with carboxylic acid chlorides, diketenes, carboxylic acid esters or caboxylic acid anhydrides or polymers which contain polymerized anhydride and/or ester groups. The invention also concerns the use of such mixtures as additives to phosphate-free and phosphate-reduced washing and cleaning agents.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de mélanges de sels de métaux alcalins d'acides polyaspartiques et de sels de métaux alcalins d'acides polyaspartiques acylés, consistant a) à séparer par hydrolyse des liaisons peptidiques de polyaspartimides et/ou d'acides polyaspartiques avec des bases aqueuses de métaux alcalins, un excédent molaire d'au moins une base de métal alcalin étant utilisé par mole d'unités d'aspartimide et/ou d'acide aspartique, et b) à faire réagir, dans une solution aqueuse de valeur pH égale ou supérieure à 6, les hydrolysats avec des chlorures d'acide carboxylique, des dicétènes, des esters d'acide carboxylique ou des anhydrides d'acide carboxylique, ou avec des polymères contenant des groupes anhydride et/ou ester polymérisés. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation des mélanges ainsi obtenus comme additifs à des produits de lavage et de nettoyage sans phosphates ou à teneur réduite en phosphates.
