Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kopfstütze für Sitze mit Rückenlehne mit einem oberen Stützkörper (1), der in Verlängerung der Rückenlehne (3) oberhalb der Oberkante (2) der Rückenlehne (3) in Kopfhöhe vorgesehen ist und dessen Längsachse (6) horizontal ausgerichtet ist und parallel zur Längsachse (7) der Rückenlehne (3) verläuft, wobei die Unterseite des oberen Stützkörpers (1) mit der Oberkante (2) der Rückenlehne (3) in Kontakt steht oder von dieser beabstandet ist. Auf der Frontseite (9) des oberen Stützkörpers (1) und/oder in diese integriert sind mindestens zwei horizontal voneinander beabstandete Mittel (5) zur seitlichen Abstützung des Kopfes vorgesehen. In Höhe der Halslordose eines Sitzenden ist ein unterer, im wesentlichen zylindrischer Stützkörper (4) zur Abstützung der Halswirbelsäule angebracht, der bei seitlicher Betrachtung eine im wesentlichen runde, ovale, längliche oder halbkreisförmige Querschnittsfläche aufweist und dessen Längsachse (13) horizontal ausgerichtet ist und parallel zur Längsachse (6) des oberen Stützkörpers (1) verläuft.
