Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method of machining a raceway of a bearing ring and/or a roller of a roller bearing to provide the raceway or roller with a texture pattern. This texture pattern has beneficial effects on the lubrication of a bearing comprising the machined raceways or rollers. Machining is preferably performed by an electrochemical process. The invention also relates to an electrode suitable for the method according to the invention and method for manufacturing electrodes suitable for the machining of a raceway or roller.
(FR) Procédé d'usinage d'un chemin d'une bague de roulement et/ou d'un rouleau d'un roulement à rouleaux pour conférer au chemin de roulement ou au rouleau une surface texturée. Cette surface texturée a des effets bénéfiques sur la lubrification d'un palier comprenant les chemins ou rouleaux usinés. L'usinage est de préférence effectué à l'aide d'un processus électrochimique. La présente invention concerne également une électrode convenant au procédé de la présente invention et des procédés de fabrication d'électrodes destinées à l'usinage d'un chemin de roulement ou d'un rouleau.
