Means are used for blocking at least one cell cycle inhibitor for at most 72 hours, preferably at most 36 hours, particularly less than around 20 hours, preferably around 1-15 hours, and more preferably 1-10 hours, in a stem cell culture, in order to release the stem cells from their quiescent state.

L'invention concerne l'utilisation de moyens de blocage d'au moins un inhibiteur du cycle cellulaire pendant une durée n'excédant pas 72 h, et n'excédant pas de préférence 36 h, et notamment inférieure à environ 20 h, et de préférence d'environ 1 à 15 h, et de préférence d'environ 1 à 10 h, dans une culture de cellules souches, afin de libérer les cellules souches de leur état de repos.
