Abstract

A process for production of a moulded ceramic and/or metallic body from a ductile material comprising one or more ceramic and/or metallic components, which material is fed into the pre-heated mould cavity (1) of a moulding tool. The moulding tool includes at least two mould parts (4, 5) of which at least one wholly or partly consists of a microporous material with communicating micropores. At least one mould cavity (1) comprising at least one mould surface (2, 3) exhibiting closed micropores is arranged in the microporous mould part (4, 5) or in a microporous section (6) thereof. The microporous mould part (4, 5) or the microporous section (6) thereof is pre-heated by supply of warm fluid, such as a heated gas. Said part (4, 5) or section (6) is after terminated moulding cooled by supply of cold fluid, such as a condensed gas. The invention includes in a further aspect a moulded body produced according to the process.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la production d'une pièce moulée en céramique ou métallique, ou les deux, faite d'une matière ductile comprenant un ou plusieurs constituants céramiques ou métalliques, ou les deux, cette matière étant amenée dans la cavité de moulage (1) préchauffée d'un moule. Le moule comprend au moins deux parties (4, 5) dont au moins l'une est faite, en totalité ou en partie, d'une matière microporeuse à micropores communicants. Au moins une cavité (1) du moule, comprenant au moins une surface de moulage (2, 3) présentant des micropores fermés, est disposée dans la partie (4, 5) microporeuse du moule ou dans une section microporeuse (6) de celle-ci. On préchauffe la partie microporeuse (4, 5) du moule ou sa section microporeuse (6) en lui amenant un fluide chaud tel qu'un gaz chauffé. On refroidit cette partie (4, 5) ou cette section (6), après l'achèvement du moulage, en amenant un fluide froid tel qu'un gaz condensé. L'invention concerne par ailleurs une pièce moulée, produite selon le procédé de l'invention.
