Abstract

An absorbent structure containing an absorbent particle size gradient is disclosed. The absorbent structure may also include a fiber size gradient. At least one of the absorbent material and the fibrous material has been subjected to corona charging. The absorbent structure may also include absorbent particles coupled to loosely distributed fibers and more particularly, the absorbent particles may be electrostatically coupled to the loosely distributed fibers.

La présente invention concerne une structure absorbante caractérisée par un gradient de la taille de ses particules absorbantes. Cette structure absorbante peut également être caractérisée par le gradient de la taille de ses fibres. Le matériau absorbant et/ou le matériau fibreux a (ont) été chargé(s) par effet couronne. La structure absorbante peut enfin être caractérisée par le couplage entre des particules absorbantes et des fibres à faible cohésion, le couplage étant en l'occurrence de nature électrostatique.
