Bei einer Spritzgiessmaschine mit einer mit dem Maschinenrahmen (1) verbundenen festen Formaufspannplatte (2) und einer auf dem Maschinenrahmen längsverschieblich abgestützten beweglichen Formaufspannplatte (4) sind die Holme (3) an der beweglichen Formaufspannplatte (4) befestigt und in der festen Formaufspannplatte (2) verriegelbar, wobei Einrichtungen zum Verfahren der beweglichen Formaufspannplatte im Eilgang und zur Erzeugung des Schliessdruckes vorgesehen sind. Um die Verformung der beweglichen Formaufspannplatte (4) unter Schliessdruckbelastung zu verringern und um die damit verbundenen negativen Einflüsse zu reduzieren, wird vorgeschlagen, die bewegliche Formaufspannplatte (4) aus einer Druckplatte (11) und einer Formträgerplatte (12) zusammenzusetzen, wobei in der Druckplatte (11) die Holme befestigt sind und die Formträgerplatte (12) in den Holmen (3) geführt ist und wobei zwischen der Druckplatte (11) und der Formträgerplatte die Einrichtungen (15, 16) zur Erzeugung des Schliessdruckes vorgesehen sind.

The proposed injection moulding machine has a fixed mould mounting plate (2) connected to the machine frame (1) and a movable mould mounting plate (4) supported on the machine frame so as to be capable of sliding longitudinally; the spars (3) are secured to the movable mould mounting plate (4) and can be locked into the fixed mould mounting unit (2), devices being provided to slide the movable mould mounting plate rapidly and generate closing pressure. In order to reduce the deformation of the movable mould mounting plate (4) when subjected to closing pressure and thus reduce the associated negative effects, it is proposed that the movable mould mounting plate (4) should comprise a pressure plate (11) and a mould carrier plate (12), the spars being secured in the pressure plate (11) and the mould carrier plate (12) being guided in the spars (3), and the devices (15, 16) for generating the closing pressure being arranged between the pressure plate (11) and the mould carrier plate.

L'invention concerne une presse d'injection comprenant un plateau porte-outillage fixe (2), relié au bâti (1) de la presse et un plateau porte-outillage mobile (4) prenant appui sur le bâti de la presse et pouvant coulisser dans le sens longitudinal. Les longerons (3) sont fixés sur le plateau porte-outillage mobile (4) et peuvent être bloqués dans le plateau porte-outillage fixe (2). Cette presse présente des dispositifs conçus pour déplacer rapidement le plateau porte-outillage mobile et pour produire la pression de fermeture. L'invention vise à réduire la déformation du plateau porte-outillage mobile (4), lorsqu'il est soumis à la pression de fermeture, ainsi que les effets négatifs qui en résultent. A cet effet, le plateau porte-outillage mobile (4) est constitué d'une plaque de pression (11) et d'une plaque porte-outillage (12), les longerons étant fixés sur la plaque de pression (11), et la plaque porte-outillage étant guidée dans les longerons (3). Des dispositifs (15, 16) servant à produire la pression de fermeture sont placés entre la plaque de pression (11) et la plaque porte-outillage (12).
