Abstract

The electrical contact element is a single piece made of folded sheet metal. The front plug-in part consists of a frame with a base (22), two cut-out sides (24a, 24b) each forming a spring blade (32, 36) in a cantilevered configuration toward the front, a front flap (34) for maintaining the respective spring blade in a prestressed state, an upper part (26), a rear part for connection to a lead, including foldable lugs (16) for crimping onto the insulating covering of a lead. The blade (36) in the region of the upper part is formed from a rear extension thereof folded inwards and frontwards at 180 °C. The base (22) and the sides (24a, 24b) are single-walled.

La borne de contact électrique est en une seule pièce, en tôle pliée. Elle a une partie avant enfichable constituant une cage formée d'un fond (22), de deux côtés (24a, 24b) découpés pour former chacun une lame élastique de contact (32, 36), en porte à faux vers l'avant, et d'un rabat avant (34) de retenue de la lame respective en précontrainte, et d'un plafond (26), et elle a une partie arrière de connexion à un fil, ayant des pattes rabattables (16) de sertissage sur l'isolant d'un fil. La lame (36) appartenant au plafond est constituée par un prolongement arrière du plafond replié à 180° vers l'intérieur et vers l'avant et en ce que le fond (22) et les côtés (24a, 24b) sont à simple paroi.
