Physical property information of a material to be cooked and a heat conductivity computation processing procedure are stored, and information on the material to be cooked and a heating operation therefor are inputted, a heating output for one portion of the material being calculated in accordance with the distance between this portion of the material and a predetermined reference point. A temperature rise per unit time of this portion of the material is determined on the basis of the inputted information on the material to be cooked and the heating output, and a heat conductivity computation processing is carried out in accordance with the stored heat conductivity computation processing procedure by using the temperature rise.

Les données concernant les caractéristiques physiques de la substance à cuire et la procédure de calcul de la conductivité thermique sont mémorisées. Ces informations sur la substance à cuire et sur l'opération de cuisson sont ensuite introduites. La production de chaleur pour une partie de cette substance est calculée en fonction de la distance entre cette partie de la substance et un point de référence prédéterminé. L'élévation de température de cette portion de substance par unité de temps est déterminée sur la base des données introduites en ce qui concerne la substance à cuire et la production de chaleur.
