Abstract

An injection molding apparatus for plastics having a plurality of injection nozzles for introducing a molten resin into a plurality of cavities formed in a mold solves the problem with the prior art that fitting between injection nozzles and nozzle reception portions becomes defective due to the fluctuation of pitches of a plurality of nozzle reception portions disposed on mold clamp means of the mold with thermal expansion and shrinkage. The apparatus of this invention is characterized in that injection nozzles (1) each having a hemi-spherical distal end portion (1a) are fitted to a manifold (8) through ring-like elastic members (3a) and (3b) disposed at the upper and lower portions of a molten resin passage (2) and a spring (5) for pressing the nozzle rear end portions (4a). According to this construction, the nozzle distal end portions loosely move following the positions of the nozzle reception portions, and both of them can be fitted highly accurately.

On décrit un dispositif de moulage pour plastiques qui possède une pluralité de buses d'injection destinées à introduire une résine fondue dans une pluralité de cavités formées dans un moule, et qui permet de résoudre le problème de la technique antérieure dans lequel l'ajustement entre les buses d'injection et les sections réceptrices de celles-ci devenait défectueux par suite de fluctuations dans les écartements des sections réceptrices placées sur des moyens de serrage de moule, fluctuations consécutives à la dilatation et au retrait thermiques. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce que des buses (1) d'injection, présentant chacune une extrémité (1a) d'embout à moitié sphérique, sont ajustées dans un manifold (8) à travers des éléments (3a, 3b) élastiques en forme d'anneau placés au niveau des positions supérieure et inférieure d'un passage (2) destiné à la résine fondue, ainsi qu'à travers un ressort (5) destiné à comprimer les sections (4a) d'extrémité arrière des buses. Conformément à cette construction, les portions d'extrémité distale des buses se déplacent de manière lâche en suivant les positions des sections de réception des buses, et il devient possible d'ajuster très précisément les buses et les sections de réception.
