Abstract
(EN)
A solid pharmaceutical dosage form containing codeine further includes a constituent which inhibits extraction of the codeine by filtration and solvent extraction without preventing release of the codeine in the digestive system. Suitable constituents include film forming agents, particularly cellulose derivatives at 1 to 10 % by weight, anionic surface active agents at 0.1 to 3 % by weight and ion exchange resins at 2 to 15 % by weight.
(FR)
