Abstract

Pressure regulating solenoid valve (100) for a hydraulic circuit comprising at least one pressurized fluid generator (300), a pressure receiver (200), and a low pressure fluid reservoir (400). The solenoid valve (100) comprises an electric winding (10) cooperating with two polar pierces (12, 14), a magnetic body (26) which is movable when acted on by a driving force ($g(f)) created by a magnetic field produced by the electrical winding (10) and a distributor element (34) cooperating with a sleeve structure (28, 30) for controlling communication between a duct (98) linked to the pressure receiver (200) and either one of the two ducts (96 or 94) linked to a pressurized fluid generator (300) and to the low pressure fluid reservoir (400). The solenoid valve (100) includes at least one reaction chamber (80) permanently communicating with the pressure receiver (200) and determining a reaction force in conjunction with the driving force ($g(f)) produced by the winding (10), against the force (F) generated by a preloaded resilient means (46, 85) on the movable magnetic body (26). According to the invention, the sleeve structure (28, 30) consists of the movable magnetic body (26). The solenoid valve of the invention is for use in car braking systems fitted with an anti-lock system.

L'invention concerne une électrovalve (100) de régulation de pression pour un circuit hydraulique comprenant au moins un générateur de fluide sous pression (300), un récepteur de pression (200) et un réservoir de fluide sous basse pression (400), l'electrovalve (100) comportant un bobinage électrique (10) coopérant avec deux pièces polaires (12, 14), un corps magnétique (26) mobile sous l'effet d'une force d'actionnement ($g(f)) engendrée par un champ magnétique créé par le bobinage électrique (10), et un élément distributeur (34) coopérant avec une structure de chemise (28, 30) pour commander la communication entre un conduit (98) relié au récepteur de pression (200) et l'un (96) ou l'autre (94) de conduits reliés au générateur de fluide sous pression (300) et au réservoir de fluide sous basse pression (400), l'electrovalve (100) comportant au moins une chambre de réaction (80) communiquant en permanence avec le récepteur de pression (200) et déterminant une force de réaction s'ajoutant à la force d'actionnement ($g(f)) engendrée par le bobinage (10), à l'encontre de la force (F) engendrée par un moyen élastique précontraint (46, 85) sur le corps magnétique mobile (26). Selon l'invention, la structure de chemise (28, 30) est constituée par le corps magnétique mobile (26). Application aux systèmes de freinage des véhicules automobiles avec dispositif d'antiblocage des roues.
