(EN)A method of increasing efficiency of deantigenation of blood group epitopes on erythrocytes (seroconversion) by exoglycosidases utilizing a step of performing the deantigenation in a zwitterionic buffer. The method provides a buffer system and exoglycosidase that utilizes a twenty to one hundred fold lower total enzyme mass than the prior art methods.
(FR)Procédé permettant d'améliorer le rendement de désantigénation d'épitopes de groupe sanguin sur les érythrocites (séroconversion) par les exoglycosidases en procédant à ladite désantigénation dans un tampon zwitterionique. Le procédé recourt à un système de tampons et d'exoglycosidase tel que la masse totale des enzymes se trouve réduite dans un rapport de 1/20 à 1/100 par rapport aux techniques antérieures.
