Device for the ultrasonic measurement of a volume amount of fluid (1) flowing from a first area (18) to a second area (22) within the device. The invention comprises two ultrasonic transducers (20, 24) providing and receiving ultrasonic signals, each disposed in one of said areas and together defining an ultrasonic measurement path in the fluid, and means for determining a volume amount of said fluid based on measurements of a physical quantity representative of the propagation speed of the ultrasonic signals in the fluid. The device further includes, on at least one part of the ultrasonic measurement path, two concentric tubes (26, 28) with a longitudinal axis (XX') defining a longitudinal space (30), and means (32, 34) enabling ultrasonic measurements to be performed in the longitudinal space (30) only.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure ultrasonore d'une quantité volumique d'un fluide (1) s'écoulant d'une première zone (18) vers une seconde zone (22) dudit dispositif, comprenant deux transducteurs ultrasonores (20, 24) émettant et recevant des signaux ultrasonores, disposés chacun dans l'une desdites zones et définissant entre eux un trajet de mesure ultrasonore dans le fluide, ainsi que des moyens pour déterminer la quantité volumique dudit fluide à partir de mesures d'une grandeur physique caractéristique de la vitesse de propagation des signaux ultrasonores dans le fluide. Le dispositif comporte en outre, d'une part, sur au moins une partie du trajet de mesure ultrasonore deux conduits concentriques (26, 28) d'axe longitudinal (XX'), définissant un espace longitudinal (30) et, d'autre part, des moyens (32, 34) permettant la mesure ultrasonore uniquement dans l'espace longitudinal (30).
