Die Erfindung betrifft $g(a)-D-Pentofuranosid-Derivate der allgemeinen Formel (D), worin R ein nicht oder durch Halogen, (C1-C4)Alkyl, (C1-C4)Alkoxy, und/oder Phenyl ein- oder mehrfach substituiertes (C1-C4)Alkyl und R1 ein nicht oder durch Halogen, (C1-C4)Alkyl, (C1-C4)Alkoxy und/oder (C6-C20)Aryl ein- oder mehrfach substituiertes [(C6-C20)Aryl]k-[(C1-C4)Alkyl] (k = 0 bis 3), (C6-C20)Aryl oder [(C6-C20)Aryl]k-[(C1-C12)Alkyl](3-k)Si (k = 0 bis 3), oder vorzugsweise ein nicht oder durch die obengenannten Substituenten ein- oder mehrfach substituiertes Benzyl, bedeuten, von Ausgangs- und Intermediär-Verbindungen zu den Furanosiden (D) mit analoger Struktur sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung der genannten Furanoside und von deren Vorprodukten und deren Verwendung.

$g(a)-D-pentofuranoside derivatives have the general formula (D), in which R stands for a (C1-C4)alkyl that is non-substituted or substituted one or several times by halogen, (C1-C4)alkyl, (C1-C4)alkoxy and/or phenyl, and R1 stands for [(C6-C20)aryl]k-[(C1-C4)alkyl], (C6-C20)aryl or [(C6-C20)aryl]k-[(C1-C12)alkyl](3-k)Si, in which k = 0 to 3, that are non-substituted or substituted one or several times by halogen, (C1-C4)alkyl, (C1-C4)alkoxy and/or (C6-C20)aryl, or preferably a benzyl that is non-substituted or substituted one or several times by the above substituents. Also disclosed are starting and intermediary compounds, up to furanosides (D) having an analogous structure, processes for preparing said furanosides and their precursors, and their use.

Des dérivés d'$g(a)-D-pentofuranosides ont la formule générale (D), dans laquelle R désigne un alkyle (C1-C4) substitué ou non une ou plusieurs fois par halogène, alkyle (C1-C4), alcoxy(C1-C4) et/ou phényle, et R1 désigne un [aryle(C6-C20)]k-[alkyle(C1-C4)], aryle (C6-C20) ou [aryle(C6-C20)]k-[alkyle(C1-C12)](3-k)Si, k étant compris entre 0 et 3, substitué ou non une ou plusieurs fois par halogène, alkyle (C1-C4), alcoxy (C1-C4) et/ou aryle (C6-C20), ou de préférence un benzyle substitué ou non une ou plusieurs fois par les substituants ci-dessus. L'invention concerne aussi bien des composés de départ et des composés intermédiaires que les furanosides (D) ayant une structure analogue, des procédés de préparation de ces furanosides et de leurs précurseurs, et leur utilisation.
