Abstract
(EN)
A compound screw feeder (16) for uniform volumetric flow rates of particulate solids, suitable for low, nonpulsating feed rates, comprises coaxial inner (48) and outer screw flights (52). The flights both extend throughout the feeder section (20) and produce a net discharge flow rate (92) dependent on their respective feed directions (82) and rates of feed. Various forms of the feeder (16) may be employed in a loss of weight screw feeder system (10).

Un extracteur à vis composite (16) assurant des débits volumétriques uniformes de particules solides convient pour des débits faibles non impulsionnels. La vis comporte deux spires coaxiales, une spire intérieure (48) et une spire extérieure (52). Les deux spires s'étendent sur toute la partie d'alimentation (20) de l'extracteur à vis et assurent un débit net (92) en fonction des sens d'alimentation (82) respectifs des spires et des cadences d'alimentation. Différentes formes d'extracteurs à vis (16) peuvent être utilisées dans un système d'extracteurs (10) pour déperdition pondérale.
