Die Erfindung betrifft einen mehrstufigen Spindeltrieb (22) zur Umsetzung einer Drehbewegung (8) in eine Linearbewegung (7) mit unterschiedlichen Ein- und Ausfahrgeschwindigkeiten. Der Spindeltrieb (22) besteht aus mindestens zwei teleskopisch ineinandergreifenden und in einer Schraubverbindung stehenden Gewindespindeln (2, 4) und einer Mutter (6), wobei die innere Gewindespindel (2) mit einer Kurbel (15) und die Mutter (6) über ein Rohr (17) mit einem Stützrad (16) verbunden ist. Die zwischen den Gewindespindeln (2, 4) bestehende Innenverschraubung hat einen kleineren Durchmesser und eine geringere Steigung als die zwischen der äußeren Gewindespindel (4) und der Mutter (6) bestehende Außenverschraubung (5). Die Ein- und Ausfahrgeschwindigkeiten werden durch Reibkraft umgeschaltet, wobei zwischen den Gewindespindeln (2, 4) ein reibungserhöhendes Kupplungsglied (9) angeordnet ist. Das Kupplungsglied (9) ist federbelastet und läßt sich in der Reibungswirkung einstellen.

The invention concerns a multistage spindle drive (22) for converting rotary motion (8) into linear motion (7) with different speeds for the in- and out stroke. The spindle drive (22) consists of at least two telescopically engaging threaded spindles (2, 4) in a screw connection and a nut (6); the inner threaded spindle (2) is connected to a crank (5) and the nut (6) is connected via a tube (17) to a support wheel (16). The inner screw thread between the threaded spindles (2, 4) has a smaller diameter and lower axial pitch than the outer thread (5) between the outer threaded spindle (4) and nut (6). The in-stroke and out-stroke speeds are altered by frictional force, a friction-enhancing coupling element (9) being arranged between the threaded spindles (2, 4). The coupling element (9) is spring-loaded and can be set in the direction of friction.

L'invention concerne une commande d'arbre à plusieurs étages (22) destinée à convertir un mouvement rotatif (8) en mouvement linéaire (7) avec différentes vitesses d'entrée et de sortie. La commande d'arbre (22) comprend au moins deux broches filetées (2, 4) emboîtées l'une dans l'autre de façon télescopique et assemblées par vis, ainsi qu'un écrou (6). La broche filetée intérieure (2) est raccordée à une manivelle (15) et l'écrou (6) est raccordé par un tube (17) à une roue d'appui (16). L'assemblage intérieur par vis entre les broches filetées (2, 4) présente un diamètre et un pas inférieurs à ceux de l'assemblage extérieur par vis (5) entre la broche filetée extérieure (4) et l'écrou (6). Le changement des vitesses d'entrée et de sortie s'effectue par friction. Un élément d'accouplement (9) augmentant la friction est disposé entre les broches filetées (2, 4). L'élément d'accouplement (9) est sollicité par un ressort et peut être réglé pour créer un effet de friction.
