Abstract

A chain beating type crusher comprises a rotating shaft (7) vertically provided centrally of a crusher vessel (3) and adapted to rotate at high speed, and a plurality of beating chains (11) mounted to the rotating shaft in a radial and multistage manner so that a centrifugal force produced by high speed rotation of the rotating shaft causes the respective multistage beating chain groups to revolve at high speed to define multistage beating zones. Mounted to an inner wall surface of a peripheral wall portion (4) of the crusher vessel are a number of guide plates (15) having upwardly inclined surfaces in a direction of revolution of the beating chains for returning a substance being crushed to the beating zones from locations, in which the substance being crushed is scattered towared the inner wall surface. Furthermore, the beating chains are monted to the rotating shaft to be staggered in mounting intervals so that each beating chain is positioned in a middle position between adjacent beating chains in a subsequent stage. In addition, the respective beating chains are mounted on the rotating shaft such that they are connected to separate support bars (13) separately provided correspondingly to the respective beating chains and the separate support bars are fitted into support fittings (14) secured to the outer periphery of the rotating shaft with play gaps therebetween, in which gaps the respective beating chains can slide. Also, provided at the lowermost portion of the crusher vessel is a rotary disc (16) which is adapted to rotate about an axis, and on which scraping vanes (17) are provided to enable downward guiding and discharging of a crushed substance to the outside of the peripheral wall portion.

Concasseur du type à chaînes de battage, comprenant un axe tournant (7) placé verticalement au centre d'une cuve de concassage (3). Cet axe est conçu pour tourner à grande vitesse. Il comporte une série de chaînes de battage (11) qui sont disposées en rayons et en plusieurs couches, de telle sorte que la force centrifuge produite par la vitesse élevée de rotation de l'axe entraîne chacun des groupes de chaînes dans un mouvement de révolution à grande vitesse définissant des zones de battage en plusieurs couches. Sur la face interne de la paroi périphérique (4) de la cuve de concassage sont disposées un certain nombre de plaques de guidage (15) présentant une face inclinée vers le haut, selon le sens de révolution des chaînes de battage. Ces plaques qui renvoient, la substance à concassser vers les zones de battage avant qu'elle ne soit à nouveau renvoyée contre la paroi. En outre, les chaînes de battage sont montées sur l'axe de manière décalée, selon des intervalles donnés, de sorte que chaque chaîne est placée dans une position intermédiaire entre les chaînes voisines de l'étage suivant. En outre, chaque chaîne de battage est montée sur l'axe de manière à être reliée par des barres de rétention distinctes (13), ces barres de rétention étant fixées dans des fixations (14) placées sur la périphérie de l'arbre avec entre elles des intervalles de jeu permettant à chaque chaîne de coulisser. De même, la partie inférieure de la cuve de concassage comporte un disque tournant (16), conçu pour pivoter selon un axe, et qui comporte des écopes (17) permettant de guider vers le bas et évacuer la substance concassée à l'extérieur de la paroi périphérique.
