Abstract

The invention relates to electrical technology and can be used in the production of alkali accumulators based on various electrochemical systems. The proposed alkali accumulator has positive and negative electrodes (1 and 2 respectively) separated by a multi-layer separator consisting of layers (3, 4), and a porous metal foil (5) situated between the electrodes (1, 2), these elements being enclosed in a housing containing electrolyte. The foil (5) is arranged between the layers (3, 4) of the separator and may be contiguous with one of the electrodes (1, 2). The porous foil (5) is 50 to 200 $g(m)m thick, has a porosity of 30 to 60 % and a pore size of 1 to 20 $g(m)m. The porous foil (5) may be of nickel. The alkali accumulator has improved reliability and more stable discharge characteristics.

L'invention concerne l'électrotechnique et peut être utilisée dans la production d'accumulateurs alcalins basés sur divers systèmes électrochimiques. L'accumulateur alcalin de l'invention présente des électrodes positive et négative (1 et 2 respectivement) séparées par un séparateur multicouche constitué de couches (3, 4) et d'une feuille métallique poreuse (5) située entre les électrodes (1, 2), ces éléments étant contenus dans un logement contenant de l'électrolyte. La feuille (5) est agencée entre les couches (3, 4) du séparateur et peut être contiguë à une des électrodes (1, 2). La feuille poreuse (5) a une épaisseur comprise entre 50 et 200 $g(m)m, elle présente une porosité comprise entre 30 et 60 % et une grosseur de pores comprise entre 1 et 20 $g(m)m. La feuille poreuse (5) peut être en nickel. L'accumulateur alcalin présente une fiabilité accrue et des caractéristiques de décharge plus stables.
