Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Beschleunigungssensor mit einem piezoelektrischen Sensorelement, das als Biegeschwinger in einem Aufnahmemodul gelagert ist und dessen Elektroden mit einer Auswerteschaltung verbunden sind. Es ist vorgesehen, daß das Aufnahmemodul (24) gleichzeitig eine mechanische Fixierung und eine elektrische Kontaktierung des Sensorelementes (12) übernimmt.

The invention concerns an acceleration sensor with a piezoelectric sensor element mounted as a flexe-mode resonator in a receiving module, its electrodes being connected to an evaluation circuit. It is proposed that the receiving module (24) function both for mechanical attachment and as an electrical contact for the sensor element (12).

L'invention concerne un détecteur d'accélération présentant un élément détecteur piézo-électrique monté sous forme de résonateur à flexion dans un module de logement et dont les électrodes sont raccordées à un circuit d'évaluation.
