Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Kolbenverdichter für gasförmige Medien, vorzugsweise Luft, mit einer innerhalb eines Zylinders (60) hin- und herbewegbaren Kolbenstange (56) mit starr verbundenem Kolben (58), der einen Durchlaß für das von der Kolbenunterseite anzusaugende gasförmige Medium aufweist. Der Durchlaß weist weiterhin ein sich bei Abwärtsbewegung des Kolbens (58) öffnendes und bei Aufwärtsbewegung des Kolbens (58) schließendes Einlaßventil auf. Der durch die obere Totpunktstellung des Kolbens (58) definierte Verdichtungsraum (V) des Zylinders (60) ist dadurch einstellbar, daß der untere Rand des Zylinders (60) mittels Gewinde (66) mit dem Kurbelgehäuse (62) verbunden ist. Das Auslaßventil (92) ist zentrisch zum Kolben (58) angeordnet und mit einem einstellbaren Auslaß thermisch entkoppelt.

A piston compressor for gaseous media, preferably air, has a piston rod (56) that moves back and forth within a cylinder (60) and is rigidly fixed to a piston (58) provided with a passage for the gaseous medium to be sucked from the lower side of the piston. The passage further has an inlet valve that opens when the piston (58) moves upwards and closes when the piston (58) moves downwards. The compression chamber (V) in the cylinder (60) defined by the top dead centre of the piston (58) may be adjusted in that the lower edge of the cylinder (60) is joined to the crankcase (62) by threads (66). The outlet valve (92) is centrally arranged in the piston (58) and is thermally uncoupled from an adjustable outlet.

Un compresseur à piston pour milieux gazeux, de préférence de l'air, comprend une tige de piston (56) animée d'un mouvement alternatif à l'intérieur d'un cylindre (60) et rigidement fixée à un piston (58) pourvu d'un passage d'aspiration destiné à un milieu gazeux situé du côté inférieur du piston. Le passage comprend en outre une soupape d'admission qui s'ouvre pendant le mouvement descendant du piston (58) et qui se ferme pendant le mouvement ascendant du piston (58). La chambre de compression (V) du cylindre (60) définie par le point mort supérieur du piston (58) peut être réglée, étant donné que le bord inférieur du cylindre (60) est relié par des filets (66) à la boîte à manivelle (62). La soupape de décharge (92) est montée au centre du piston (58) et est thermiquement désaccouplée d'une sortie réglable.
